This week the whole school, from Reception to Year 4, have been involved in a collaborative writing project.
The children worked in mixed age groups to plan a story about a superhero. Everyone worked together to create a superhero and decide on what power they have. They then designed a villain, and a problem for the superhero to solve - and how they would solve it!
Every morning the groups have had time to work together to plan and write their stories. It has been great fun working in mixed year groups, and the ideas the children have come up with have been amazing!
The finished stories will be entered into a DASP writing competition - but no matter who wins, we have all had a great experience, and the teamwork the children have shown has been amazing!
